Geneva Motor Show is successfully behind us. The new Škoda Octavia Combi 2013 was officially introduced there. What do you think about it? My feelings from the exterior are very positive. It offers unrivalled space, new attractive design, modern assistance and safety systems… and I think it’s a bit more beautiful than liftback 
In addition, it offers 4×4, which is usable in many countries, like Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, but also in Czech Republic! You can see the last 5th generation Haldex clutch in the picture below.
It’s bigger than previous Octavia, safier and more comfortable. The fuel consumption is lower thanks to weight decrease (about 102kg). Chefdesigner Josef Kabáň designed a very nice car. I think the design is futuristic, the new Octavia combi will be modern and pretty also after 5…7 years I think Combi version is 4.66m long and 1.81m wide. The space inside it is absolutely fantastic! Every person inside new Škoda Octavia 2013 Combi fells like in living room 
And at 610 litres, the size of the boot sets a new record for its class! By folding the rear backrests down, the boot space of the Combi increases to an impressive 1.740 litres. With the the folded rear and front seat you can transport a things long 2.92m. There are also numerous ‘Simply Clever’ details: In addition to the features in the new Octavia hatch, like the double-sided floor mat, the comprehensive net restraint system, multiple bag hooks, a waste bin and lots of bottle holders, holder for multimedia devices, the ice scraper in the fuel tank opening or the warning-vest holder under the driver’s seat, the new Combi has other new smart solutions on board: examples include the coat rack or the remote fold-down function for the rear-seat backrest.
