There will operate the new police car in the neighbourhood of Belgian cities Aalter and Knesselare. The local authorities have chosen petrol Škoda Octavia vRS 162 kW, which got another equipment for about 85.000 € above standard. The result can be previewed in the picture.
This car should see everything. It has got a module on the hood, which has got a system of automatic number plate recognition. Modified Octavia vRS can investigate every car around and compare the results with various databases in real-time. Stolen or uninsured cars will be immediately revealed. Four cameras is functional in every weather condition including day and night. Chief Operating Officer of Aalter-Knesselare police took a new Octavia on 26th January.
